BWHAHAHAHAHAHA!!

It just doesn't get any better than this:

UN accuses Canada of being complicit in torture
"The report says that Canada is complicit for the torture of three Arab-Canadian men in Syria after 9/11 and for the treatment of Omar Khadr at Guantanamo Bay.

The UN is seriously concerned that the Canadian government does not fulfill its duty of protecting Canadians detained in other countries.

The report also raised concerns about the treatment of the prisoners that the Canadian government transferred into Afghan custody during its mission in Afghanistan.

Finally, the UN report condemned Public Safety Minister Vic Toews for posting the names and faces of alleged war criminals online. The UN committee said that many of the accused criminals have yet to face justice in their home country.

Canada has until June 2013 to respond to the report’s findings."
Well, I, for one, would recommend our withdrawal from that ludicrous joke called the United Nations. And why wait until June of next year?

Why tell the UN anything?

The only effective way for any country telling the UN to get stuffed (or I'd say shove it...) is to withhold payment of that country's UN dues. With the thugs running the UN, it's all about power and money.

Maybe PM Harper could hold a press conference and state that "...inasmuch as the following bloody-handed dictatorships are on the UN Human Rights Council, with no comment about their crimes, such as [listing some of those states and their crimes here], but with this lie and insult to Canada, the Canadian Government is not going to pay it's annual UN dues for this year. Actions do have consequences. This decision will not be changed unless the US Secretary-General issues a public apology to Canada." How does that sound, Louise?

If you had said "UN Secretary-General" it would sound even better. ;P
