A stubble jumper is a prairie farmer. I'm from Saskatchewan and my dad was a farmer, so the name is apt. "Redneck" needs no explanation. It's anyone who disagrees with a lunatic leftie. My blog is mostly about the Middle East but other issues also catch my eye and get me going. I monitor comments to keep out trolls and lunatic lefties. In Canada, a mother can murder her baby and be out in less than years.
I'm more shocked at the overdose aspect. This doesn't sound like it was a deliberate act of murder - just indifference.
I'm glad she got a prison sentence, anyway. She may have had the baby taken away from her anyway and it would probably have been born addicted.
And here I sit waiting from hour to hour, day to day, for news about the progress of my brand new grandson, who the doctors had predicted would be born with all sorts of problems, but so far the news has been good.
What a crazy world! I guess I should quit bitching about the cold weather, speaking of which, I hear you had a wee storm. BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

As for the weather, we certainly had a tough winter but it doesn't bother me except for the money I have to pay out to get my driveway cleared out.
Me, too. I live on a corner lot. There's two sidewalks to keep clear. AAAAGGGGGGHHHH! Oh well, keeps the local handyman service employed.
