If they're talking about military force projection, to restore law and order, I'd say send troops to do just that in Caledonia.
As far as Attawapisket, I'd send in accountants and investigators to do in-depth audits and determine where all that $90 million went, then send in RCMP to arrest the thieves.
Just about time to call this 10 billion dollar a year social experiment what it is....a failure.
Tell them to get a life, get a job, and get out of our wallets. And that's just Indian affairs. The Indians....hell, just let them go back to whatever they had before the white man came along. Or get a job. No more baby sitting.
