If the Mubarek regime counts protesters the same way the American MSM counts the Tea Party people at rallies, that's a "small turnout, perhaps a hundred people".
That's easily really "thousands of people", all boldly calling for the ouster of the Mubarek & Co. regime. The regime must be having an "Oh, Sh*t!" moment. That's already too big a number for the secret police to just move in and arrest. With crowds that big, and growing, and with cell phones and internet ... Mighty oaks from little acorns grow, as they say.
Just to be on the safe side, Mubarek & Co. had better make sure their foreign bank and stock accounts are in order and that their exit contingency plans are ready.
