What are prerequisites to becoming a chief? Does a retired ex-software developer have a chance? I am not any good with a bow, but quite handy with M 16...
First requirement is to be corrupt as all get out. Then have long fingers you can use to dip into the till at any time and, third, be always ready to blame the evil "Whiteman" which includes people "of colour" as long as they aren't Native American. Got that? If not then you must be raaacist.
