Wow!!!

The Assiniboine River overflows it's banks.

I wonder if the Climate Change CAGW crowd will blame this on CO2?

Here's a little article about the history of the Red River flooding. (The Assiniboine flows into the Red in the centre of Winnipeg.)
"Henry Youle Hind, writing about an expedition to the Red River in 1857, reported that known floods had occurred in 1776, 1790, 1809, 1826 and 1852."
1776? They won't like that.
