Two Outta Three Ain't Bad

1. Hate speech provision in Human Rights Act struck down

2. Obama buys more wiggle room on Keystone decision

3. Union disclosure bill gutted by Senate

# 3 is bad news and I'm not sure about #2. Seems it leaves more questions unanswered than asked. Certainly, once it's built, there will be no more, or at least significantly reduced, greenhouse gas emissions, or risks of oil spills, since trucking and transporting that oil by rail will be superceded.
