Gee. Do You Think...

...if you offered something other than grievance studies you might attract more students?

Big curriculum changes to the U of R
"The university says they systematically voted to drop programs based on enrollment rates in past years.

The most affected areas of study were science and the arts. The senate’s vote indicates plans to re-direct funding into areas of study they believe will spark more interest from incoming students, such as kinesiology and creative technologies."
The U of R has been a joke since it became a university in its own right, way back in the mid-1970s.

So they want graduates with 1. a good liberal indoctrination, 2. a huge student debt to pay off and 3. a degree in some worthless, bullshit major that has zero market value.

Sounds like a great way to build for the future, NOT!

You got it.

This is the same university that is affiliated with the First Nations University of Canada, where the board was caught dipping their fingers in the till a couple of years ago.

But, as we all know, in university political correctness trumps accountability.

I am all for kinesiology, even not knowing what the heck it means. As long as gender studies are allowed, cause I am still very much interested in the subject, age notwithstanding.

Are you sure you didn't mean geriatrics?
