Oh, the quandary! The Empty Suit can't just vote "present" on this one. Powerful Eco-Warrior interests on one side; very powerful, wealthy Democrats with huge investments in the Keystone sponsoring companies. He's going to have to make a decision that, either way, will outrage some powerful people.
Common sense and economic logic would have dictated approval ages ago, a "no brainer" as succinctly described by PM Harper. However, common sense and economic logic have no political market value under the Obama-and-the-Chicago-Democrat-Machine Administration.
