Is woodland caribou edible? Just asking.
Yes. I've even eaten a mouthful or two myself. They sustained and continue to sustain the native people all across that part of Canada. And their (the caribou) cousins, of course, pull Santa's sleigh around the world once a year. They can even fly! Pretty amazing beasts.
