Why, that's a Dipper-icus! You can tell by the posture, looking for a public trough in which to graze. They're not extinct, just endangered. :-)
Yes, I'm sure there will be many sightings, now that they are on the opposition side of the legislature.
But I fully expect they will eventually become extinct.
