Don't you Canadians miss the good old days when Canada was a democracy living under the rule of traditional Anglo common law?
(We Yanks can't be too condescending at this point. The Democrats and allies are hellbent on inflicting the same kind of hard left post-democracy collectivist autocracy on America. While we're nowhere near as far along as is Canada, we are within hailing distance.)
At least the superior court overturned it, but I thought the picture was interesting. The real victim, the employer, is a Black woman, and the whiny complainant is a Muslim. Kinda illustrates the pecking ordered as ordained by the Ontario Human Rights Commission.
