Along the lines of "even the stopped clock is right twice a day", Olivia Chow has actually said something that's intelligent, truthful and in the best interests of Canadians.
Reminds me of the old Superman comic offshoot, Planet Bizarro, where everything was opposite to what it is on Earth. :-)
Well, the citizen who made the arrest is Chinese, too. May have something to do with Chow's sudden flash of common sense.
Unfortunately, this doesn't happen more frequently than twice a decade, if that.
