The issue that the MSM and the LIB-Dippers seem to think should have us frothing at the mouth just keeps filling up the column space.

The sentiments expressed in the comments shows some pretty serious disconnect, at least between the sample of Canadians polled and the National Post's readers. As one of the readers points out, it was likely the very same poll that concluded Canadians feel this issue does not warrant calling another election. The survey appears to be one where respondents were asked to state not what they thought of the facts, but, in a classic push poll scenario, what they wanted the facts to be.

And it's working.
