Chomsky wasn't banned from entering Israel. He was not allowed into the West Bank.
Technically you're right, annoying mouse. There was a bit of confusion. Galloway wasn't "banned" from Canada, either. There was just an arrest warrant being prepared for him, so he chose to turn around and go somewhere else, just like Chomsky did. Never let a manufactured crisis go to waste.
