So Disgusting

Whether or not this baby was born alive, this is absolutely disgusting. I you're the mother in a circumstance like this, give the baby up for adoption, for Christ's sake. If it was born dead, at least call the cops or an ambulance or something. Don't just throw it away in a garbage dump. How sad! How inhumane!
