Already facing $171-million shortfall, Ottawa forces public broadcaster to trim another $50-million in budget fat.
Hmmmm. Let me see now. Trim $221 million and they would still have an operating budget??? Man oh man. I can just imagine the shrieking and howling and anti-Harper hysteria CBC listeners and viewers will be subjected to. If Harper sticks to his guns, this and this alone will be enough to win my vote for his party in the next election. Of course, complete unabashed privatization would be even better. If they do that, I might even campaign for them.
