If the Secretary General of the United Nations finds the organization in dire need of a shake up, will he be able to do anything about it? I wonder what John McCain will do about this bloated old dictators-ur-us club when he becomes President? I'd like to see it booted out of North America and the world's functioning democracies walk out and never look back.
