A stubble jumper is a prairie farmer. I'm from Saskatchewan and my dad was a farmer, so the name is apt. "Redneck" needs no explanation. It's anyone who disagrees with a lunatic leftie. My blog is mostly about the Middle East but other issues also catch my eye and get me going. I monitor comments to keep out trolls and lunatic lefties. Anyone who is zealously anti-American and anti-democracy in the Middle East is NOT welcome.

Ya, noticed that as well. Im pretty pissed here. I left Sask a week ago for Vancouver Island to get away from the white stuff. Guess what, snow yesterday and more tonight. I give up, I think I will go somewhere within close proximity to the equator. Should be free of snow there, but the white stuff follows me wherever I go.
When something like this happens, I always assume technical mishap, first.
Saskboy, like many bloggers, John has revealed a certain temperament over the many months he has operated his blog, both through the topics he chooses to post, the questions he poses and his discussions in the comments. My observations of his reaction to things leads me to another conclusion.
RC, you are still better off out on the coast. At least you're not waking up to -26 C with a windchill of -30 C.

John, are you "Little Birdie"? If you are reading this, I want to thank you for helping me get eight whole comments, even if two of them were my own!!! (Well, three of them, now. LOL!!) You should also note that you do have a fan base.
Anonymous @ 7:30 please use a name, even if you only sign your initials at the bottom of your comments like AW has done. Too many anonymice make it difficult to exchange points of view.
AW, I think the lack of "any signs" is one of John's trademarks. He sometimes responds to situations or comments with what I could consider to be the use of rather extreme language and unexpected suddeness.
A warning that he was shutting down his blog might have been appropriate or a message directing folks from the old blog to the new blog, if that is what has happened. Just MNSHO.
